We ship both USPS and UPS. Our expedited orders are shipped UPS. When placing an expedited orde, be aware that UPS does not deliver packages over the weekend. For example, a UPS 2nd Day Air package ordered by 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, assuming it's in stock, will ship Thursday and be delivered on Monday, not on Saturday. For APO/FPO orders gift boxes may be removed without notice based on size restrictions as multiple gift boxes causes the order to be classified as oversized and therefore cost prohibitive to ship.

Return Policy
We think that you will love your goodies from The Pajama Company. However, should you need to return merchandise, please do so within 30 days of the order date. We know that during the period of October to December 25th there will be lots of gift shopping. Because of this we will be happy to accept returns and exchanges of items purchased during this period until January 31. We're happy to exchange, provide credit toward a future purchase or credit your credit card or PayPal account if returned within this timeframe. Sorry, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges. We also do not provide refunds/credits for gift wrap. We ask that merchandise be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging and folded neatly) and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return. Shipping Information

We ship both USPS and UPS. Our expedited orders are shipped UPS. When placing an expedited orde, be aware that UPS does not deliver packages over the weekend. This means that you should not count Saturday or Sunday as delivery days. For example, a UPS 2nd Day Air package ordered by 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, assuming it's in stock, will ship Thursday and be delivered on Monday, not on Saturday. Likewise, a Next Day Air shipment ordered on Friday by 10:00 AM EST will be delivered on Monday, not on Saturday. For further UPS specific shipping information such as non-shipping holidays and policies please refer to UPS Customer Service www.ups.com. For standard USPS questions refer to the USPS Customer Service www.usps.com.

Merchandise will ship via UPS (United Parcel Service (ups.com) or USPS (usps.com). Deliveries commonly take between 5-7 business day within the U.S. to reach their destination. Our U.S. ground shipping rates start at $11.50 for single items and increase as the number of items you purchase (items in your shopping cart) increases. Most ground shipments are processed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed by 10am EST are fulfilled the same day, weekends and holidays are not included. For your convenience you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that are shipped at a later date.

We do offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

We make every effort to process all Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received by 10:00 A.M. EST the same day they are received. This does not include weekend or holiday orders. Our Standard Overnight rate starts at $51.45. Our 2^nd Day rate starts at $27.45 and our 3^rd Day rate starts at $16.95. Rates increase as the number of items you purchase (items in your shopping cart) increases. For your convenience you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that are shipped at a later date. 

International Shipping Information
For Canada shipments we use a Best Way Canada flat rate beginning at $23.45. Rates increase as the number of items you purchase increases. For International customers we use a Best Way International flat rate beginning at $44. Rates increase as the number of items you purchase increases.

 For your convenience you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that are shipped at a later date. All shipping charges are calculated in US dollars and are subject to change. For International orders gift boxes may be removed without notice based on size restrictions as multiple gift boxes causes the order to be classified as oversized and therefore cost prohibitive to ship.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) International Global Priority Mail for all international shipments.

Duties and Taxes
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order which are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs office to obtain a list of those charges. In addition to this some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. We are not responsible for duties and taxes incurred at the border by custom officials.

APO/FPO Shipping
We honor our regular UPS and USPS ground rates for all APO/FPO shipments for standard size orders (1-3 items). All larger orders or orders that contain several gift boxes will be assessed a minimum surcharge of $6.00 to cover the additional costs. For APO/FPO orders gift boxes may be removed without notice based on size restrictions as multiple gift boxes causes the order to be classified as oversized and therefore cost prohibitive to ship.

Return Policy
We think that you will love your goodies from The Pajama Company. However, should you need to return merchandise, please do so within 30 days of the order date. We know that during the period of October to December 25th there will be lots of gift shopping. Because of this we will be happy to accept returns and exchanges of items purchased during this period until January 31. We're happy to exchange, provide credit toward a future purchase or credit your credit card or PayPal account if returned within this timeframe. Sorry, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges. We also do not provide refunds/credits for gift wrap. We ask that merchandise be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging and folded neatly) and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return. Items returned past 30 days or not in original condition will be returned to customer. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s). The Pajama Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Credits to credit cards take approximately one week to process from the time the return is received.
